Terms of Service

By accessing or using Voseno's platform, APIs, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Voseno provides data-as-a-service APIs delivering Dutch property data. The service includes real-time property listing aggregation, property enrichment, neighbourhood analytics, and related APIs as described on voseno.com.

You may use Voseno's APIs only for lawful purposes.

You may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute raw API data to third parties without a separate data distribution agreement • Exceed your plan's rate limits or use automated means to circumvent them • Use the service to violate any applicable Dutch, EU, or international law • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to reconstruct Voseno's data sources • Use the service in a way that could harm Voseno's systems or data providers

API keys are confidential credentials. You are responsible for keeping them secure. Voseno is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from key exposure. Notify us immediately at security@voseno.com if you suspect a key has been compromised.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are issued on the same date each month.

• You may upgrade at any time, upgrades take effect immediately, prorated • Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period, no partial refunds • Past-due invoices may result in service suspension after 7 days

Data retrieved through Voseno's APIs is licensed for use within the scope of your subscription plan:

• Display, analysis, and integration in your own application • Building derivative products that transform or enrich the data

Not permitted without a separate agreement:

• Reselling or redistributing raw data to third parties • Bulk exporting and storing data outside your application's operational needs

Voseno targets 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans. We publish real-time status at voseno.com/status.

Service credits for downtime exceeding SLA targets are available on Business and Enterprise plans. Credits are the sole remedy for downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Voseno's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Voseno is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data.

Voseno retains all rights to its platform, APIs, and data compilation methodology. You retain ownership of your applications and derivative works built using our APIs.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
