Privacy Policy

Voseno, registered in the Netherlands under the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, is the data controller for personal data processed through voseno.com and the Voseno API platform. For privacy inquiries, contact us at privacy@voseno.com.

We collect:

• Account data: name, email address, password hash • Organization data: company name, billing details • API usage data: request logs, endpoint access, timestamps • Payment data: processed by Stripe, we do not store full card details • Technical data: IP addresses, browser/client type, error logs

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate the Voseno platform • Process billing and subscriptions • Provide technical support • Send essential product communications (security, billing, service changes) • Improve our products (using aggregated, anonymized usage analytics)

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Our legal bases for processing are:

• Contract performance: processing necessary to provide the service you subscribed to • Legitimate interests: security monitoring, fraud prevention, product improvement • Legal obligation: tax and accounting requirements • Consent: optional product communications (easily withdrawn)

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. API request logs are retained for 90 days. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data (Art. 15) • Rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16) • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17) • Data portability (Art. 20) • Object to processing (Art. 21) • Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP)

We use the following sub-processors:

• Stripe, payment processing (US, SCCs apply) • Cloudflare, CDN and infrastructure (US/EU, Privacy Shield certified) • Resend, transactional email (EU)

All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements.
